- Follow-up on your portfolio's missions and ensure operations are running smoothly.
- Ensure the contractual levels of service are met on all missions.
- Coordinate with internal teams in charge of quality and claims.
- Coordinate with external teams in charge of executing the missions.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex issues and requests linked to your portfolio of clients.
- Onboard new clients and adapt the generic processes to ther specific needs.
- Quickly react to your clients' requests and come up with flexible and efficient solutions
- Manage the interactions with different stakeholders from the clients' side.
- Create and share clear reporting on key indicators for them.
- Proactively grow the volumes of your portfolio of clients.
- You are proactive, organised and have a real knack for action and problem solving.
- You are dynamic and eager to learn from a different set of situations in a high-pressure/high-growth environment.
- You are a natural troubleshooter, you manage stress and time pressure well while being able to handle critical decision making in a fast-paced environment.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills which makes you a good communicator able to explain complex situations to different stakeholders, from blue collars to C-levels, from suppliers to demanding clients.
- Furthermore, you are comfortable both writing and speaking in English
- You have at least 2 years' experience
