As a Care Home Chef, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your cooking skills and create nutritious and appetising meals for the residents.Your rate of pay and hours of workThis temporary role offers a competitive pay rate ranging from £14.00 to £20.00 per hour, along with the benefit of accruing holiday pay. You'll have the opportunity to work flexible day shifts at various care home locations across Aberdeen and nearby areas. Skilfully crafting and cooking a varied selection of dishes tailored to meet the diverse tastes and dietary needs of residents.
Timely preparation and service of all meals.
Strict adherence to protocols concerning allergies and individual dietary preferences of each resident.
Upholding impeccable hygiene standards in the kitchen.
Strategically planning menus that prioritise the nutritional requirements of residents, while considering budget limitations and minimising food waste.
