Job Description: Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize resources Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand and mitigate risks of stock outs and overstocking Plan and execute inventory control activities ensure inventory records are accurate Coordinate with Procurement team to source, develop, and evaluate requirements ensure stocks are available to meet customer demand Oversee contract implementation and supplier performance/interaction Develop, track and report key functional metrics to measure inventory accuracy, turnover, and fill rate, enabling continuous improvement of inventory management processes Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs support other procurement activities as directed by management Ensure assets are properly accounted for in all sites Motivate, lead and train inventory management staff to effectively carry out given tasks Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply chain management, or related field is preferred At least 3-5 years working experience with demand / supply planning, asset and inventory management, or similar roles Strong analytical and problem solving skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with teams and stakeholders Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining inventory records Must be willing to station in Calamba, Laguna Amenable to travel
