This may be an ideal fit for you!Join us for a life-changing career!The positionAs a System Manager, you will play a crucial role in operating and maintaining IT systems used across API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) departments in Kalundborg.Your responsibilities will include:
  • Systematically maintaining documentation to ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory frameworks.
  • Performing reviews and driving life cycle management to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.
  • Running small projects to ensure that our cross-site IT systems meet production and external requirements.
  • Managing the expectations of customers, system owners, end-users, quality assurance personnel, and other key stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with vendors to ensure deliverables and services are by agreements.
QualificationsTo succeed in this position, we expect that you:
  • Have a bachelor's degree in IT, Information Science, or a similar field;
  • Have +5 years of relevant experience in IT system administration or big interest in and a desire to learn about managing IT systems.
  • Are curious about risk management, user access management, change and release management, archiving and retention, and periodic system evaluation.
  • Having knowledge and experience in the life science industry, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) would be an added advantage.
  • Are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
As a person, you have a structured approach to challenges. You enjoy working with documentation and possess a quality mindset. You like to collaborate with stakeholders of different professions, and your communication and interpersonal skills are exceptional.About the DepartmentYou will be joining a team of 15 colleagues in the IT department, which is a part of Business Support IT & Future Operation. API IT is responsible for driving IT/OT security and compliance and production IT.
