This may be an ideal fit for you!Join us for a life-changing career!The positionAs a System Manager, you will play a crucial role in operating and maintaining IT systems used across API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) departments in Kalundborg.Your responsibilities will include:
- Systematically maintaining documentation to ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory frameworks.
- Performing reviews and driving life cycle management to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.
- Running small projects to ensure that our cross-site IT systems meet production and external requirements.
- Managing the expectations of customers, system owners, end-users, quality assurance personnel, and other key stakeholders.
- Collaborating with vendors to ensure deliverables and services are by agreements.
- Have a bachelor's degree in IT, Information Science, or a similar field;
- Have +5 years of relevant experience in IT system administration or big interest in and a desire to learn about managing IT systems.
- Are curious about risk management, user access management, change and release management, archiving and retention, and periodic system evaluation.
- Having knowledge and experience in the life science industry, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) would be an added advantage.
- Are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
