- Engage in customer visits to identify and analyse customer needs and develop commercial solutions
- Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, externally with customers and OEM's and internally with sales, marketing, tech service, customer service and credit and establish solid relationships with them
- Coordinate and align objectives and initiatives within the account team
- Monitor frequently DSO and ensure timely closing of customer claims
- Degree qualified (preferred)
- With experience in Sales of Polymers, master batch or plastics products.
- Extensive sales experience and selling into a range of manufacturing industries.
- Basic IT Outlook skills (Microsoft Outlook)
