Role And Responsibilities As a Sales Engineer in the Steam, Valve, and Pump industry, your main responsibilities include: Achieving assigned targets for the assigned territory Developing new business and maintaining good relations with existing customers Conducting plant surveys, audits, and generating opportunities for value-added solutions Preparing techno-commercial offers and negotiating to win orders Sizing and selecting ARI products Ensuring timely payment collections from customers Coordinating with the internal sales team for timely dispatch of orders Providing support to other sales branches when required Candidate Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role with territory management Experience in Steam Engineering or the Valve industry is preferred Engineering Degree in Mechanical or Chemical trades Good communication skills in English (verbal and written) Excellent knowledge of the Valve industry and steam products Proficiency in MS Office Required Skills The following skills are required for this role: Self-motivated with good communication skills Willingness to travel Ability to grasp new products, solutions, and applications Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills Ability to handle sales commercials Strong business development skills Ability to work independently and prioritize objectives Skills: co-ordination,pump industry,business development,interpersonal skills,communication,establish priorities,product knowledge,sales,sizing & selection,work independently,steam,negotiation,ms office,steam industry,valve industry,sales commercials,travel,valve,engineer,payment collections,pump
