Our mission is to support our clients in growing their customer relationships.To achieve this, we need a talented Business Development Manager who can take our lead generation efforts to new heights, your primary focus will be on prospecting for new sales opportunities on behalf of our automotive customers.You will:
✨ Develop and execute a robust lead generation strategy to identify and target potential clients/customers.
✨ Utilise various channels, including but not limited to cold calling, email outreach, social media (LinkedIn), and data sources from our clients such as networking events, to connect with prospects.
✨ Qualify leads and prioritise them based on their potential for conversion to meetings to help hit KPI.
✨ Build and nurture strong relationships with potential and current clients to understand their needs and pain points.
✨ Collaborate with your team to develop customised solutions that address client needs and help solidify growth.
✨ Continuously research and analyse market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.To excel in this role, you should have:
🎯 Experience in business development, with a track record of generating leads and driving revenue growth.
🎯 Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
🎯 A strategic mindset and the ability to think creatively to identify new prospects.
🎯 Proficiency in CRM software and lead tracking tools.
🎯 Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
