A position has arisen for an interim Contact Centre Agent with one of our clients based in Cambridge. The role is on-site in Cambridge for a minimum of 3 months, paying £11.68 per hour including holiday pay.   • Being the first point of contact for people telephoning, offering an operator service and handling all incoming calls on the Contact Centre consoles
  • Ensuring that an effective service is provided to all stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Using the correct salutation and communication standards when handling calls, in line with the company’s procedures
