We seek to employ a Financial Accountant who will oversee the accounting operations of foreign subsidiaries, perform day-to-day and closing activities according to group’s deadlines with full ownership of the tasks and in compliance with the group’s policies and procedures. Then this is your opportunity with us! KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage daily accounting activities from Greece and perform accounting tasks for group’s entities. Liaise with Accounting Offices in other countries. Reconcile and report intercompany balances, reconcile between systems and modules. Calculate, post, and reconcile leased assets, fixed asset, and CAPEX accounting activities. Calculate and post taxes, GL journals and accruals. Report for consolidation. Prepare the necessary Audit documentation and participate in internal and external Audits. Requirements: GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: University degree, preferably in Finance/Accounting related discipline. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience. US GAAP and IFRS knowledge. Advanced MS Office skills. Fluency in Greek and English, both verbal and written. Eligible to work in the EU on full-time permanent basis without the need of employer sponsorship.
