- Candidate must have 2-3 years experience in similar role.
- Education must posses min A level and above
- Have experience in Export or Logistics company is preferable,
- Able to read, speak and write in Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- Attention to details
- Assist in daily Import/ Export documentation / Listing.
- Ensuring all shipping and receiving documents completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare and update reports (LMW / Custom).
- Arrange coordinating and monitor company lorry driver daily activities / movement.
- Ensure company's lorry driver schedule are follow and deliveries on time schedule.
- Liaising with custom and relevant government authorities (i.e. MIDA,MITI,LMW etc) when necessities.
- Making booking arrangement with outside transporter.
- Assist in RBA / ISO 9001 documentations. - Understand on the requirements for a QMS, including documented information, planning and determining process interactions.
- Perform any other general administration duties from time to time
- Working days: 5 days (8-6pm),if Sat work consider ot, all ot base on 2,000 max calculation)
