- Key responsibilities include marketing, negotiating, and administering residential property sales, encouraging offers, and negotiating between sellers and buyers to reach an acceptable agreement.
- You will work alongside the Residential Sales Manager, Associate Directors, and Head of New Homes to prospect for new business.
- Maintaining a 'hot buyer' database, you will regularly communicate with all hot buyers and proactively inform them about new properties.
- Efficiently arranging and undertaking viewings using our in-house database, you will follow up on viewings and provide vendor feedback.
- Promptly answering incoming calls and taking appropriate action will be crucial.
- Ensuring the efficient use of our database to maintain a high standard of applicant registration and monitoring, and passing all necessary information to the Sales Progression Manager once a sale has been agreed are additional responsibilities.
- Any other duties assigned by the Residential Sales Manager will also be part of your role.
- Professionalism, presentability, reliability, and a positive attitude are key.
- Previous experience in the property industry is essential.
