And it's all thanks to our people.We believe in creating an inclusive environment where everyone is welcome, regardless of race, colour, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, age, or disability.Our ultimate goal is to make cities for people, not cars, and we need your help to achieve this mission!About the roleYour daily adventures will include:Design and execute strategies to boost driver acquisition and retention, including leading projects like the Bolt Academy (leads generation)Manage a team to support operational projects, ensuring strong execution and results by defining clear local processes.Engage in hands-on supply management, guiding the team to enhance the experience for drivers and fleet partners through all stages of the funnel management.Build and maintain critical relationships with various stakeholders (drivers, fleet owners, unions, third-party operators) to grow the business.Oversee the optimization of local operational processes and procedures.Identify local trends, risks, and improvement opportunities that may affect the business.Develop complex analytical models and reporting systems for better decision-making.Take responsibility for Bolt's supply growth, ensuring collaboration between local operations and HQ to achieve business objectives.Drive business growth and revenue by meeting operational milestones and key metrics..Collaborate with HQ teams (Product, Legal, Marketing) to develop and execute initiatives for growth and efficiency.Oversee the design and execution of operational strategies to enhance Bolt's value proposition.Analyze data to monitor supply metrics, optimize marketplace health, and act on insights for the benefit of drivers and riders.About you:You have +4 years of experience in an operations position in a fast moving environment.Hands-on: you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and act fast to implement initiatives.Result-oriented: you have strong prioritization skills, allowing you to act with the main objective always in mind.Pro active & problem solving mindset: you have the ability to handle unexpected situations and quickly implement solutions.Innovative: you are able to come up with creative and new ideas to face an unforeseen challenge.Analytical mindset: you are data driven and able to identify challenges or opportunities through numbers, and find data backed-up solutions.Ownership: you have a strong sense of responsibility, and not afraid to be accountable for your results.Ability to understand complex ecosystems and translate comprehensive problems into actionable solutions.You're a hustler, not stopping after 20 obstacles a day.Excellent written and verbal English and French skills.Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity.
