SEN Teaching Assistant

- £78-84 per day

- Looking after children's physical, social & emotional well-being
- Keep records & attend review meetings if and when required
- You will be required to use your innitiatve to adapt class work to suit student needs
- Working alongside other members of staff to provide outstanding support to all student
- Recognising signs of distress in children and offering reassurance.
- Form positive relationships with children and support them with developing confidence in all areas
- Working with children with different SEN requirements. This may be in small groups or on a 1-1 basis
- Have experience working with in young people with SEN previously
- Experience working with SEND students is desirable
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Have high expectations of all pupils
- Have high expectations of themselves and work collaboratively with other staff
- Demonstrate an excellent understanding and commitment to Safeguarding
- You must either have a DBS registered with the udpate service or be willing to process & pay for a new one - this is essential
