- 3 – 5 years high volume culinary background – from campus, hospital, large corporate or restaurant environments.
- A strong culinary background, with the demonstrated ability to stay current with new culinary trends, while managing menu development and costing, ordering and inventory.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to maintain the highest of standards and implements company policies
- Innovative catering background
- Strong management skills and a successful track record as a trainer/mentor.
- Have a passion for food and innovation
- Manage the daily food production including production planning, compliance and controls
- Ensure Sodexo Culinary Standards including recipe compliance and food quality
- Have high expectations for customer service and quality of food
- Have the ability and willingness to develop and train frontline employees
- Have knowledge of special diets and allergens
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
