- Delivering a best-in-class consumer experience attending consumers in all sort of questions or issues regarding their orders, services etc. through different channels (issues during pre-sales, mid-sales and after-sales)
- Data entry and maintenance of data related to the consumers at a local market level into the CRM platform
- Managing cases and E-commerce questions using the software tools provided
- Native or fluent level of Polish
- Full professional level of English
- Able to work from Barcelona
- Enjoy taking care of and helping people
- Knowledge of Social Networks would be highly valued
- Team player who is also able to work independently
- Attentive, empathetic, flexible and proactive
- Good communication skills
- Passionate about sports

- Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00
