The successful candidate will have a passion for education, a commitment to supporting the holistic development of our pupils, and the ability to inspire a love for learning.Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our pupils
Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to reach their full potential
Implement effective behavior management strategies to maintain a positive learning atmosphere
Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic and personal development
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to promote a culture of partnership and continuous improvement
Participate in school-wide initiatives and extracurricular activities to enrich the educational experience of our pupils

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably in a challenging environment
Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Resilience, adaptability, and a positive attitude towards overcoming challenges
Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice
