As part of this team, you will play a crucial role in conducting outbound calls to conduct tenancy housing reviews and gather vital information about vulnerabilities within households.Responsibilities:Conduct detailed questionnaires with vulnerable residents to understand their tenancy and identify any vulnerabilities.
Demonstrate empathy and engage residents to ensure completion of questionnaires.
Identify any issues requiring referral to other support teams.
Maintain high levels of emotional intelligence and provide exceptional customer care.
Work towards agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure excellent service delivery.
Identify risks and escalate issues when necessary.
Working Pattern:Office-based with varying shift patterns between 8am-6pm.
Skills Required:High levels of emotional intelligence and exceptional customer care skills.
Background in Housing, Social Services, or Customer Experience preferred.
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
Ability to identify risks and escalate when needed.
