They have operations globally across Taiwan, Europe, China, Korea etc. and they're now on a look out for a Senior/Design Engineer to join their dynamic team during an exciting time in their development. What you will be here for

Define requirements and features for semiconductor equipment
Develop concepts and architecture of new equipment
Design mechanical systems which involve the selection and use of motors, actuators, gear drives, pumps and valves
Produce detailed engineering drawings
Perform design verification and validation testing
Improve design of legacy machines
Application of analysis tools like Fish Bone Diagram, FMEA etc

What you will need

Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
Min 5 years of experience in automation / high precision machine / semiconductor equipment / High Speed Pick and Place design
Must process knowledge and experience in the design of automation or semiconductor equipment
Must process good knowledge for 3D CAD software
Equipment troubleshooting experience will be a plus
Ability to produce detailed Mechanical drawings and apply knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing
Able to travel to APAC for job assignment (Taiwan / Malaysia / Vietnam / Thailand)
