Fiba Retail is the sole authority to open and operate Marks & Spencer, Gap stores in Turkey and is located in 9 different cities with a total of 86 stores. We are looking for a high caliber member to join us as a “Sales Operations Supervisor” in our Head Office!What are we looking for as a “Sales Operations Supervisor?

Bachelor's degree preferably in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economy etc.
Min. 5 years of related job experience,
Excellent command of written and spoken English,
Strong excel knowledge, analyzing and problem solving skills,
Multi-tasking and eager to work as a part of a team,
Good communication and analytical skills, strategic point of view.

Which responsibilities does a “Sales Operations Supervisor” have?

Play an active role in achieving department goals by doing business development in the Sales Department,
Providing analysis of sales data, campaign results, and evaluation of sales and stock,
Maintaining weekly forecasting reports based on previous year's sales data,
Plan and formulate the sales strategies and applications using costs, equipment and manpower items,
Analyzing the current operational process, improving new procedures in order to reach more effective and efficient operations,
Recommending promotions to management according to sale & stock reports,
Organizing and following promotions and campaigns,
Preparing the feasibility report of the new locations; planned store opening schedule, organize and track the responsible teams.
