We are passionate, we are innovative, and we are unstoppable.About the roleWe are looking for a Training Delivery & Administration Specialist to join our amazing HR team on a 6 months fixed term basis. Role includes delivering leadership and professional development training programmes for employees in International regions. Responding to enquiries from employees regarding training activities; handling registrations, schedules and participant confirmations, reporting and KPIs activities. Managing a training calendar, designing and coordinating marketing and training communication. Managing training supplies, materials and training rooms (including virtual) resources. Providing management and ongoing support using a multitude of systems to track participation and programme evaluation.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate training logistics to include venue, supply, timing, confirmation, etc. and work with the respective HR Business Partner
  • Manage training calendars for broader awareness as well as coordinate delegate invites and manage confirmations
  • Oversee on-line learning platforms - technical administration, reporting and analytics, and conduct periodic audits
  • Manage and track associated training invoices and process internal billing
  • Provide technical support to learners who report difficulty leveraging any of the learning systems
  • Deliver instructor-lead and virtual-lead workshops to include management and leadership development, on-boarding, and soft skills training
  • Monitor effectiveness of all training delivery through various evaluation methods and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collate and socialize feedback and training results from training sessions
  • Facilitate programme administration for adhoc requests
  • The environment includes work inside and outside the UK Weybridge office.
EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
  • Passionate about facilitating professional development programmes in a multi-cultural, diverse environment
  • Demonstrated interest in leadership training delivery to early and mid-career audiences
  • Keen interest in adult learning principles and platform delivery skills
  • Proven ability in adapting delivery style and training methodologies to meet the needs of various adult learners
  • Excited about learning technology, including e-learning and virtual classroom environments
  • Direct experience using Microsoft office programmes to write documents, produce reports and presentations, and analyse data
  • Excellent planning, prioratisation, time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple training priorities with shifting demands
