This is a new role and you will be joining an organisation with great heritage and are going on an exciting People Journey.The People Business Partner will be partnering with circa 400 employees in a standalone role with support from the wider HR team. This is an operational role however we are seeking someone who has an appetite to be involved in projects and strategic thinking.Day to day you will be:Building strong and meaningful relationships with directors and managers ( This will involve handling tough conversations)Provide effective HR advice to managers, guiding them on best practices, current employment law, and company policies.
