JOB PURPOSE: The Content Marketing Specialist will assist the VP, Leasing and Marketing and Director of
Leasing with overall content creation and marketing strategy across the University Partners property portfolio and the Corporate brand.RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
  • Work with Leasing and Marketing team to develop and execute content strategy aligned with the
Corporate and Onsite objectives and target audiences
  • Content calendar creation and selection of appropriate channels for distribution
  • Produce high-quality engaging content across various formats including but not limited to articles, case
studies, video, infographic, onsite flyer and promotional graphics, and social media content.
  • Manage corporate social media profiles to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor property social media channels and website content alongside the Strategic Marketing Manager
to ensure relevant content, trends, and frequency standards are being met
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote property content, and engage
with existing tenants. Develop content, design templates, and analyze campaign performance metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for content distribution and promotion through channels such as industry
publications, partnerships, influencer collaborations, and paid advertising.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and voice across all content channels. Uphold brand
guidelines and standards in all content creation and communication efforts
  • Work closely with different departments including operations, asset management, and business
development to content marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Complete special projects as assigned by the executive team
  • Ensure compliance with all University Partners Policies and Procedures
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in student housing or related real estate marketing fields
  • Graphic design experience preferred
  • Candidate needs to be coachable, enthusiastic, creative, flexible, display strong technical aptitude, detail
oriented with strong problem-solving skills
