- Advising employees in your area of responsibility on HR topics, particularly in the area of payroll & administration
- Supporting and preparing national (and international) payroll processes
- Independent preparation of contracts, employment references and certificates
- Participation in and coordination of employee secondments
- Support in various projects for further development, digitalization and process optimization in the HR area
- Creation of statistics, lists and evaluations as well as maintenance of master data
- Monitoring, maintaining and optimizing HR processes and guidelines
- Successful completion of a commercial apprenticeship or further training as a personnel officer or successfully completed studies with a focus on HR
- Experience in preparatory payroll accounting
- Initial experience in dealing with secondment issues would be an advantage
- High level of initiative, reliability and solution orientation
- Ability to work in a global team, independent and responsible way of working
- Very good knowledge of English and MS Office
