Printed Circuit Board Designer (Layout)

• Manage multiple complex projects and provide current status reports in systems;
• Create and modify engineering tool project templates, data, configuration data, and rules;
• Drive pro-active project meetings (Kick-off, Placement, Constraint and Design Reviews) to assure verification through customer document;
• Complete from kick-off through tape-out rigid, rigid-flex and flex designs to support both product and non-product / test projects;
• Have a solid grasp of electrical engineering requirements for power distribution, high-speed circuits, and RF signals. Proactively can identify when project executions are going slow or at risk, and they work with managers and/or the technical program manager to propose new directions in PCB development workflow;
• Understand the concept of miniaturization and can propose fit and function solutions;

• 5+ years of experience in complex PCB Design.
• Good understanding of the mechanical aspect of electronics design.
• Strong communication skills.
• 5+ years of experience with Cadence/Allegro.
• 3+ years implementing miniaturization solutions in dense form factor design such as wearable products, phone design etc…

• BS in Electrical Engineering or related majors.
