Main responsibilities: Legal support in real-estate related transactions, including management of legal due diligence process, drafting and negotiation of NDAs, preliminary agreements, share or asset purchase agreements etc. Legal support in day to day corporate law matters Cooperating with associates of other legal disciplines, such as GDPR, IP, Tax, Employment, Litigation, Banking and Finance etc. Main Qualifications / Personal Characteristics: Bachelor’s Degree in Law. A Master’s Degree will be considered a plus. Qualified as an attorney-at-law in Greece. At least two (2) years of prior experience in real estate related transactions. Excellent command of the English language (both oral and written). Excellent command on Microsoft Office applications. Eagerness to learn, take initiative and responsibility. Team spirit- willingness to work in teams. Strong work ethics.
