- Develop, implement, and administer compensation and benefits programs with the region.
- Lead communication and education efforts related to compensation and benefits, ensuring employees have a clear understanding of their total rewards package.
- Conduct regular analysis of compensation and benefits trends, market benchmarks, and industry best practices to ensure competitiveness. Stay informed about emerging trends and developments.
- Provide guidance and support to HR business partners and managers on compensation-related issues.
- Monitor and analyze employee satisfaction and engagement related to compensation and benefits, identifying areas of improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations regarding compensation and benefits practices.
- Performs other related duties as required or requested.
- Have a strong understanding of market practices and regulatory environment
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
- Experience with WorkDay is a plus.
- Strong Project Management and Communication Skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Excellent English communication skills
- Have completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
- Five to ten years of compensation and/or HR experience required.
