  • Focus on Interior Design and Interior Architecture on medium and large-scale luxury retail projects
  • Balance design, technical ability, project management, and efficiency to deliver cohesive interior projects that are aesthetically innovative and technically feasible
  • Work as part of a team or independently depending on allocated project
  • Manage your time to ensure design deliveries are met at all project stages
  • Work on projects of varying scales and across multiple projects
  • Coordinate with subcontractors where necessary
  • Select material and specifications selection for allocated projects
  • Production of design, drawing packages and visuals for allocated projects
  • This role would be for someone legally eligible to work in the UK
Skills Necessary for this Senior Interior Designer Role
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in luxury design projects across the retail and hospitality sector
  • A track record of delivering mixed-use projects on a global scale
  • Exceptional visual storytelling skills, adept at building rapport and adjusting communication style to engage with clients
  • Capable of leading and overseeing project delivery, including resource allocation and workload management.
  • Extensive knowledge of materials, finishes, and their appropriate applications in design.
  • Proficient in creating comprehensive drawing tender packages.
  • Experienced in managing and mentoring a small team, driving motivation and meeting project deadlines; able to assist the Associate in design and production tasks.# Competence in annotating construction drawing packs from contractors and third parties.
  • Good knowledge of Rhino and AutoCAD required
  • Knowledge of REVIT is prefertial
  • Experience designing, scheduling, sourcing, and delivering FF&E.
  • Good communication skills and presentation skills.
  • A degree in Interior Design / Architecture or equivalent
