Senior Communications & Fundraising Manager

• Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Responsible for writing and submission of grant proposals
• Spotting new fundraising opportunities and raising awareness of the organisation's work.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate fundraising events
• To report fundraising status to board directors during Exco Meeting
• Develop and implement marketing strategies.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials, digital campaigns, and social media strategies to promote fundraising initiatives and engage target audiences.
• Oversee the preparation of annual report, newsletter, appeal, and other publicity materials
• Build up new donor database by reaching out to different organization
• Maintain relationships with major donors, sponsors and ensuring timely and appropriate communication to nurture long-term relationships.
• Responsible for volunteers recruitment & management
• Setting fundraising targets, creating innovative approaches to maximize fundraising efforts.
• Develop, monitor, and manage the fundraising and marketing budgets.
• Reviewing financial statements and budgets to determine how funds are being spent and whether they are being used efficiently

• A Hong Kong recognized degree or above, major in Communications / Public Relations / Event Management / Marketing or related discipline
• At least 5 years managerial experience in the field of corporate communications, fundraising or event management is must
• Outgoing, presentable, energetic, proactive and enthusiastic
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and meet expected timelines.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese , proficient writing skill is a must
• Excellent PC skills in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Ability to collaborate well with graphic designers and video editors
