- Management of complex and overarching international projects throughout the lifecycle, including reporting (Risk management, project status, project planning, etc.) and professional realization.
- Definition of the project approach taking into account different models (e. g. Scrum) and definition of clear responsibilities within the project (or project portfolio).
- Professional guidance of project staff.
- Staffing and planning of project resources according to the technical requirements and the project scope.
- Project budgeting and planning as well as regular updates.
- Target group-specific communication (project sponsor, project participants, middle management).
- Assessment, communication and mitigation of risks.
- Initiate improvements to optimize project processes, activities and systems.
- You have successfully completed your studies in telecommunications, business or engineering or comparable training with a project management background and at least 7 years of professional experience in the advice to customers as well as the planning, controlling and implementation of ICT projects with a distinctive flair for current trends and topics and approach things with a holistic view.
- You are an enthusiastic (and inspirational) project leader who has been already leading agile and classic project teams. You know what needs to be done and have the right knack for tailor-made allocation of resources. In addition, the development of employees is a matter of the heart for you.
- You have advanced or expert knowledge in quality, requirements, risk, stakeholder and conflict management and are well versed in budget and cost management issues.
- You have a PMI certificate or equivalent (IPMA) and a Scrum Master certification.
- You are flexible to travel often and you have strong communications skills in English (fluent spoken and written)
- Coordinating as PM the deliveries of the 5G projects across EU in 2024
- Taking over Scrum Teams in various Squads like i. e. “CaaS” and “DNSaaS”
