This setting is an adult day centre that currently supports 40+ 19-25 year olds with complex SEN needs. The learners have moderate to severe needs and the setting offers a safe and welcoming learning environment to thrive. This setting supports learners with educational and life skills with the end goal of helping all go onto enriched and fulfilled lives. This setting is rated Ofsted outstanding and has been established for 15+ years. The setting is oversubscribed year on year and has been granted funding for an extension that will take place in the next year.The successful applicant would join a welcoming team of therapeutic specialists, teachers and support staff that are long standing with several staff still employed from the day it opened including the site's headteacher! The centre is currently seeking 2 Part Time Learning Support Workers to join their team due to a new enrolment of learners. Your role would be to support the needs of learners on a 1:1 and small group basis. This centre is open all year round (excluding public holidays) and is looking for a Part time permanent member of staff. You would be needed a minimum 3 days a week. Monday- Friday, 9am-5pm. This role does not require shift work and is not a residential setting.Benefits:
