Company Description, a division within Informa, creates global platforms for industries. We organise over 500 large-scale branded and transaction-oriented events in 14 specialist markets. These are typically not-to-be-missed annual events where buyers and sellers build relationships, see and show products and do business.We also provide year-round online platforms where companies showcase their businesses and products and buyers conduct research, generating valuable leads, and we provide data and digital content that supports the flow of knowledge and transactions in markets.Job Description
  • Preparing collection reports of the fairs organized by Informa İstanbul.
  • Entering daily bank records into the accounting system.
  • Preparing the checks and notes to be submitted to the bank for collection performing their accounting records.
  • Performing bank & cash reconciliation with supporting documents in month end closing activities.
  • Preparing the payment orders for the bank.
  • Monitoring arranging reports monthly, and make sure balances are correct if not taking actions.
  • Preparing KOSGEB documents.
  • Preparing mail order documents and following Withdrawing dues of mail orders.
  • Delivering a collection report to the sales department with regard to the fairs regularly on a weekly basis.
  • Chasing the outstanding balance of customers before / after the fairs and working with sales team collaboratively for full collections.
Qualifications
  • University and/or College Graduate.
  • Practical and solution-oriented thinker who knows negotiation and persuasion techniques on the phone.
  • High communication skills, a good listener, prone to teamwork.
  • Able to use Microsoft office programs.
  • Ambitious, energetic and self-confident.
  • Analytical thinking, proactive, result-oriented and detail-oriented, strong follow-up, able to work carefully and quickly at a busy pace, prone to learning.
  • At least 1 year of experience in telephone collection.
  • Preferably with experience in Legal Tracking System.
  • Good tone of voice and diction, fluent in speech, high persuasion skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Completed military service for male candidates.
