Principle has partnered with one of the fastest-growing Tech/ SaaS companies that are building out their Engineering support teams. Working with the tech teams from global fortune 500 companies around the world you will engage with engineers from large client accounts to solve application issues centered around email
So, what's in it for you?
  • An annual salary of €40000- €49,000 per year
  • The role will begin as an 11-month contract with a strong possibility of conversion to FTE - depending on performance and budget.
  • Location: Dublin City - 2-3 days onsite from the state-of-the-art offices - Hybrid work.
  • Exposure to new technologies and services
Experience you need to have
  • 4+ years of customer-facing technical support experience.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues with ease and complexity.
  • Ability to read basic Java/JavaScript code.
  • Ability to explain solutions to complex technical problems.
  • Good exposure to Windows/ Unix Operation System environment.
