- Reviewing and investigating customer complaints thoroughly and fairly.
- Collaborating with various departments and suppliers to gather information and resolve complex issues.
- Crafting clear, concise, and well-reasoned final resolutions that address customer concerns.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, demonstrating empathy, and understanding throughout the process.
- Implementing process improvements to minimise future complaints and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- To be successful as a Customer Complaints Manager you must have:
- Proven experience in handling customer complaints, ideally experience in writing final resolutions.
- Background in insurance, banking, finance, motor trade would be advantageous preferably with knowledge of FCA regulations.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities coupled with a keen eye for detail.
- Empathy and patience to connect with customers and ensure their concerns are heard.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
