- Understanding current standards and best practices (ISO 26000, Numeum, etc.)
- Conducting sectoral benchmarking Monitoring RSE-related news and participating in relevant conferences
- Producing an assessment of the current policy progress (best practices, procurement, mobility, carbon emissions scope 1, 2, 3, diversity and inclusion, etc.)
- Participating in Ecovadis, Great Place to Work, and Happy at Work certification processes
- Assisting in the implementation of internal RSE training tools
- Supporting the RSE strategy by implementing concrete actions to facilitate employee engagement
- Creating an internal RSE charter
- Developing a roadmap to promote eco-responsible practices across three main areas (governance, social, environmental)
- Defining means indicators (certification policy and references), action indicators (systems and equipment), and outcome indicators (products, CO2 reduction)
- Establishing and co-leading the internal RSE committee
- 🎓 Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources / business school / engineering school / university with a specialization in sustainable development
- 🌐 Appetite for the Tech/Software-SaaS domains
- 📚 Strong knowledge in environmental issues and CSR challenges
- 🧠 Recognized for your communication and rallying skills, you have a project-oriented profile and can bring forward innovative ideas
