As a key member, your vital role is to ensure an optimal experience for candidates and employees, guided by our North Star Metric🌟Our unified team engage in diverse and transformative HR missions to shape the future of our company and create an outstanding employee experience in the tech world 🌐Alongside Geoffrey, our HR manager, Marta, our office manager, Mélissa, our People Ops and Hari, our Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll delve into supporting 160 colleagues on a daily basis and contribute to the company's growth!What will I be doing? 👀Structuring:
  • Understanding current standards and best practices (ISO 26000, Numeum, etc.)
  • Conducting sectoral benchmarking Monitoring RSE-related news and participating in relevant conferences
  • Producing an assessment of the current policy progress (best practices, procurement, mobility, carbon emissions scope 1, 2, 3, diversity and inclusion, etc.)
  • Participating in Ecovadis, Great Place to Work, and Happy at Work certification processes
Communication and involvement:
  • Assisting in the implementation of internal RSE training tools
  • Supporting the RSE strategy by implementing concrete actions to facilitate employee engagement
  • Creating an internal RSE charter
Management:
  • Developing a roadmap to promote eco-responsible practices across three main areas (governance, social, environmental)
  • Defining means indicators (certification policy and references), action indicators (systems and equipment), and outcome indicators (products, CO2 reduction)
  • Establishing and co-leading the internal RSE committee
What do I need from you? 😎
  • 🎓 Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources / business school / engineering school / university with a specialization in sustainable development
  • 🌐 Appetite for the Tech/Software-SaaS domains
  • 📚 Strong knowledge in environmental issues and CSR challenges
  • 🧠 Recognized for your communication and rallying skills, you have a project-oriented profile and can bring forward innovative ideas
  • 🤝 Organized, committed, dynamic, and capable of working independently
