- Designing comprehensive collection strategies tailored to the organization's needs and goals. This involves analyzing data, market trends, and customer behavior to determine the most effective approach.
- Establishing performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of collection efforts. Monitoring these metrics allows for ongoing optimization of strategies.
- Identifying areas for operational enhancement within the collection process through consultation, evaluation, and analysis. Implementing initiatives to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Recommending cost-effective solutions to overcome operational challenges in the collection process. This may involve negotiating payment arrangements, outsourcing certain tasks, or implementing technology solutions.
- Collaborating with senior leadership to plan and set budgets for collection activities. This includes forecasting expenses, allocating resources, and ensuring cost efficiency.
- Collaborating with departments across the organization to align collection strategies with overall operational goals. This ensures consistency and synergy in approach.
- Overseeing documentation processes and monitoring progress through regular reporting. Reviewing collection reports and status updates to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Working closely with executive leadership to define and refine the organization's strategic priorities and initiatives. Aligning collection strategies with broader organizational objectives to drive success.
- Min 10 years experience in operations consultancy in similar industry (FI preferred)
- Extensive knowledge of operational enhancement and debt collection strategies
- Proficiency in data analysis and business mgmt software
- Excellent leadership characteristics, interpersonal skills, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Collaborate with stakeholders
- Excellent organization and time mgmt skills
- Strong analytical skill and able to work under pressure
- Proven track record in developing and coaching high performance sales and service team
