You will be joining the Finance & Supply Chain function, as one of the two Financial Controllers, reporting directly to the Finance Manager.Career Opportunities and ChallengesCoordinate the bi-annual business planning and target setting process for Sales and operating expensesPrepare monthly reports and analysis for key financial results for the Finance Manager, the Leadership Team and the Sales TeamEnsure financials are on track to achieve targeted business results and metrics, or advise on deviations and corrective actionsCollaborate with our Shared Service Center in Budapest to ensure the accuracy of our month-end closing activitiesBuild pricing models for our customer offers and recommend strategies to optimize profitability in collaboration with Sales and Marketing TeamsDrive digitization and the implementation of new reporting tools in liaison with regional Finance TeamsWho You AreUniversity degree in Finance, Business, Economics or in a related discipline3+ years of work experience in FinanceFluent in English, Slovak or Czech preferredExperience working with with colleagues beyond the Finance functionAbility to present financial insights in a clear manner to non-finance colleaguesRobust analytical and quantitative skillsExperience working with MS Excel, preferably knowledge of SAPThe salary starts from 2 500 EUR gross/month. The Final salary will depend on the level of experience, skills and qualifications.
