WHO YOU ARE:
As a Driver Acquisition Field Agent at Uber, you are a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for sales and customer service. You may have previous people-facing experience in sales, retail, hospitality, fundraising or customer service, however, this is not required to be successful in the role.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record of successfully engaging with potential customers. Your excellent communication skills and are able to strike up a conversation! Strong communication will be required to build relationships and close leads effectively.
You are self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently to meet targets. Your attention to detail and organisational skills ensure that you maintain accurate records and provide a seamless experience for new driver partners.WHAT YOU'LL DO: You will be using your sales and customer service experience to actively seek out and generate new driver leads. You will be Identifying potential driver partners through various channels and engaging with them to provide information about Uber's driver opportunities.
You will be following up with these new driver partners and closing driver leads, whilst providing guidance and support through the sign up process.
As an effective communicator, you will interact with potential driver partners, building rapport and establishing trust. Listen actively to their needs and requirements, understanding their motivations for joining Uber.
This role is on the field and will require travel around London to key hot-spot areas to capture these leads. The opportunity will have a bonus structure on successful driver leads on top of the hourly pay.
