Job Description :Cloudstreet Consulting is seeking individuals to join our team as Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Trainers for a 12-month period (220 days), supporting our government client in Darwin.As an EMR Trainer, you'll be instrumental in the implementation of the Territory-wide Electronic Medical Record system – Acacia. This system is being introduced across NT Health's primary, remote, and tertiary healthcare services in phases, and we need dedicated professionals to ensure its successful adoption.Your responsibilities will include providing comprehensive training and support to users of the Acacia EMR system. You'll contribute to the development of training materials, end-user support resources, and promotional materials, focusing on the practical application of clinical workflows. Using a blended approach of online and instructor-led training sessions, you'll equip users with the skills and knowledge needed to maximize the benefits of the Acacia system.We're looking for individuals with a strong understanding of clinical workflows within healthcare settings, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to develop engaging training materials.   • Co-design training content to be developed for end-user online training and instructor-led training, including end user support and promotional materials ensuring clinical focus and workflow application where appropriate, using future state business process maps and change impact assessments to inform training content.
  • Deliver clinical information systems training applying a blended approach in a variety of contexts including one-on-one, small group and large group forums, following a facilitator guide, in line with agreed training delivery processes and standards, implementation plans and schedules.
  • Lead continual process improvement by assessing training effectiveness to ensure the desired training quality standards are met, and assist with preparation and analysis of training progress and summarise findings for team management.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with a wide range of people including project sponsors, senior managers, stakeholders/clients, other project team members, external agencies and vendors.
  • ​Provide go-live implementation training and support across the Northern Territory for the implementation phases, including out-of-hours training and rostered support to meet the agreed support requirements of the Program.
RequirementsEssential Skills and Experience
  • Substantial relevant experience in clinical or professional service delivery in a community service or health care setting.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of commonly used software tools required for online training development.
  • Highly developed communication, interpersonal, negotiation and collaboration skills with ability to interact effectively with people from diverse cultures.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, remain agile in a fast-paced working environment and effectively manage competing priorities while achieving required objectives.
  • A current Northern Territory driver’s licence or ability to obtain, a preparedness to travel and spend periods of time away from Darwin and to work rostered and non-standard working hours as required.
  • Demonstrated work ethic and attitude which emulates DCDD values of being professional, accountable, honest, respectful and innovative
Desirable Skills and Experience
  • Degree level qualification in Health or Community Services or a related field.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in delivering training within a clinical health software implementation context or similar.
  • Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training, or other recognised training qualification.
