- Lead the HRIS team in the continuous evaluation and evolution of HR systems, including SAP HCM.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to analyze HR processes and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
- Manage HRIS-related projects, including new integrations and system transformations.
- Drive change initiatives to enhance HRIS capabilities and efficiency across SEA.
- At least 15 years of experience in HRIS management, particularly with SAP HCM.
- Experience in SAP system implementation and transformation.
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in SAP HRIS configuration, and excellent communication abilities.
- Proven experience in managing and leading teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
