Key Responsibilities:

Lead the HRIS team in the continuous evaluation and evolution of HR systems, including SAP HCM.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to analyze HR processes and recommend improvements.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
Manage HRIS-related projects, including new integrations and system transformations.
Drive change initiatives to enhance HRIS capabilities and efficiency across SEA.

Qualifications:

At least 15 years of experience in HRIS management, particularly with SAP HCM.
Experience in SAP system implementation and transformation.
Strong analytical skills, proficiency in SAP HRIS configuration, and excellent communication abilities.
Proven experience in managing and leading teams.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
