We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team and support our operations through strategic personnel sourcing, selection and placement.As a Key member of our team, you'll be instrumental in ensuring that MAFI's operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your primary focus will be on the Africa Region programmes and European Resourcing Groups (RG), working across time zones to ensure our teams have the support they need. Additionally, you'll flex your skills to provide assistance to programmes, RGs and Support Offices in the Asia Pacific Region as required.Why MAFI?

ResponsibilitiesWe will be looking for this person to take a deep dive into the heart of our operations by taking on a specialised focus and oversight role in the planning and recruitment process for a particular job role, such as pilots. You will partner closely with Resourcing Groups, being at the forefront of meeting MAFIs current and future workforce needs for that specific specialization.
  • You will coordinate recruitment efforts with managers and leads, ensuring timely filling of roles and adherence to job profile standards.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including planning interviews and facilitating selection panels.
  • Liaise with HR managers for new programme staff placements and communicate candidate progress.
  • Specialise in workforce planning for specific roles, collaborating with departments and committees.
  • Ensure efficient assessment processes and maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruitment trends.
  • Oversee job profiles, approve new ones, and provide guidance on profile standards and usage.
  • Support social media efforts to promote career opportunities and enhance organizational reputation.
  • Monitor and update recruitment policies, assist in policy adjustments, and generate recruitment reports.
  • Mentor and motivate recruitment team members, participate in meetings, and fulfill KPIs.
  • Provide recruitment training and support to programs and departments as needed.
  • Engage in spiritual activities and uphold MAF's vision, mission, and values.
Salary: £33,000 - £35,000 dependent on experienceThere is an occupational requirement for the job holder of this position to be a committed Christian. The post holder will be expected to lead and take part in prayer and biblical reflection and to be a role model for the organisation in accordance with our Christian beliefs and standards in the work place.Qualifications, Skills & ExperienceEssential:Secondary/High School EducationExcellent planning skills
