- Management of the existing customer portfolio ensuring the highest level of service to create customer loyalty;
- Development of new customer based on potential evaluation;
- Drive business growth creating a robust and very active mid & long-term pipeline in synergy with application engineer team;
- Guarantee day to day profitable sales execution and close control on key activities with customer service center;
- Provide update on recurrent critical activities like price list, exchange rate commodities, forecast, rebates plan, bad debts, product launches and product lead times.
- Ensure analyses and problem solving in time with the support of Customer Service Center.
- Create networking with end users and OEM customers key decision markers at all levels as well on market stakeholders to understand market needs and create value selling;
- Active to the market trends and project pipeline;
- Engineer or techinican with technical background or any business related degree;
- Post-graduation in administration or marketing is desirable;
- Solid knowledge in in Heat Exchange processes for industrial applications;
- 7 years or more experience in sales and calculation of gasketed plate heat exchangers projects for Heavy Industry, Oil & Gas and Naval industries.
- Experience with opportunity management for project sales;
- Ability to work in a matrix environment dealing with different products type on sale opportunity;
- Experience with Value Selling and Spin Selling approach;
- Proficient level of English and Portuguese, Spanish is desirable;
- Knowledge to use MS office package and Sales Force (CRM)
