About The RoleAt TFG Brands London, not only are we passionate about fashion and providing fantastic garments and accessories, we are also passionate about doing this in a sustainable and responsible way. To help us continue doing this we are recruiting a CSR & Sustainability Manager to join us at Group level and work with all of our Brands, Phase Eight, Whistles, Hobbs and Inside Story. This role will give you a close up look at the work we do and a great opportunity to start your career in CSR.Your duties and responsibilities as CSR and Sustainability Manager will include:
  • Maintain and further develop an effective CSR and Sustainability programme
  • Maintain and further develop TFG London Sustainability Strategy with its ESG targets and strategic objectives. Foster a responsible growth culture across the business
  • Manage and develop sustainable materials certification database and enhance sustainability performance
  • Manage the group annual reporting, including the carbon footprint and SBTIs submissions, ETI Corporate Reporting, Modern Slavery Statement, Better Cotton credit and any additional reporting necessary
  • Manage the material certifications audits to include RAS and GOTS
  • Manage the Group audit programme and the Suppliers onboarding programme and rating
  • Support the Group's partnerships with NGOs, Civil Society, Organisations, suppliers and teams to drive effective HREDD and advocacy opportunities
  • Manage the individual brands' internal Sustainability progression meetings
About YouTo be successful in the role of CSR and Sustainability Manager you will have the following skills and experience:
  • Previous experience in a CSR and Sustainability role within Retail, Consultancy, or corporate environment
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Solid understanding of core business activities and commercial acumen
  • Technical expert, continually seeking out develop their knowledge
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence effectively at all levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
