Alongside a salary up to £38,000.Your role will involve,
- The Service Desk Engineer's role is to ensure proper computer operation so that end users can accomplish business tasks. This includes actively resolving escalated end-user help requests within established SLAs and supporting Level Service Desk Technicians with training, guidance and escalations.
- Problem resolution may involve the use of diagnostic and help request tracking tools, as well as require that the individual give in-person, hands-on help at the desktop level or at the customer site. Excellent customer facing skills is a pre-requisite.
- Understanding and experience working with Microsoft Cloud technologies - Azure / AWS
- AD and O365
- Understanding of Networking
- Experience working with Virtualisation platforms
- Previous MSP Experience
- MAC OS experience
