Define and coordinate test process. Verify that the software meets the requirements. Provide information about the software quality.Your responsibilities:
- Create test plan and -procedures
- Coordinate and manage test process and the testers
- Meet with BPE to understand their User Stories
- Review the User Stories
- Develop test cases, test data and prioritize testing activities
- Execute all the testcases and report defects, define severity and priority for each defect
- Carry out regression testing every time when changes are made to the code to fix defects
- Inform the stakeholders about the readiness of the software
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience of managing (test) team - preferably in a multi-location company (MedTech, Retail)
- Proficient in testing methodologies, automation tools (Leapwork), and test management tools (Azure DevOps)
- Proficient in setting up automation frameworks and applying test automation best practices
- Knowledge of SDLC models (Scaled Agile, Waterfall) and ability to improve QA processes
- Analytical skills for issue identification and resolution
- Proficient in creating reports for all stakeholder groups
- Skills in identifying and managing testing-related risks
- Fluent in English; written and spoken
