The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to customer service, communication, sales, customer support, and training. Qualifications Experience in customer service, communication, and sales Knowledge of customer support and training Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Able to effectively handle customer inquiries and resolve issues Ability to work in a team and meet targets Prior experience in telesales is preferred Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus Counseling at the end to end by the Management well known in Microsoft excel and good at languages English, Hindi, Telugu.
