With mainline connections to London, our towns draw people for both work and leisure activities.Role Overview:As a Civil Enforcement Officer, you'll be responsible for ensuring that parking spaces in our streets and car parks are utilised fairly and safely. You'll interact with a diverse range of customers daily, deterring vehicles from parking in unsafe or unsuitable locations and providing guidance to road users when needed.Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and enforce parking regulations to maintain fairness and safety.
Engage with residents, visitors, and workers to promote compliance with parking rules.
Support local communities and businesses by ensuring convenient parking options.
Provide advice and assistance to road users regarding parking regulations.
Collaborate with the Parking Services Manager and other team members to address challenges and improve service delivery.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience working in a challenging environment, with a track record of meeting customer needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a friendly and welcoming team environment.
