Front of House meet & greet duties.

Handling office tasks, such as answering and routing calls, responding to emails, data entry, meeting room bookings, distribution of post.

Assist the Block Management Team in distribution of keys/ fobs to residents, gate registrations via various system portals, parking permits, etc.

Provide some clerical support to Sales dept.

Ad-hoc project assistance as required.

Requirements:

Collaborative team-player.

Ability to prioritize across multiple tasks.

Effective written & verbal communication skills. [Fluent spoken & written English is essential]

Exposure to and familiarity with CRM tools [Blockman would be an advantage]

Computer literacy is essential. [esp. Outlook & MS Teams]

Knowledge of the property industry will offer a distinct advantage.

This is a fast-paced role handling 80+ call per day in addition to a high volume of emails. The position would be especially ideal for anyone currently studying to be a property manager.Interested candidates should sent their CV to
