- Conduct comprehensive research and evaluation of potential partners to assess their compatibility and potential value to our organization.
- Collaborate with the product management team to understand the integration requirements and technical feasibility of partner products.
- Define success metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for partners and monitor their progress towards achieving them.
- Proactively identify opportunities for growth, upselling, and cross-selling to maximize partner value and revenue potential.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, sales, operations, and support, to ensure a seamless partner onboarding experience.
- Coordinate the launch of new partner products within our organization, ensuring all necessary resources and support are provided.
- Analyze partner data and provide insights to drive improvements in partner performance and satisfaction.
- Coordinate project resources, including internal team members and external partners, to achieve project goals.
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and proactively identify solutions to mitigate potential problems.
- Communicate project progress, status updates, and key milestones to stakeholders regularly.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in partner management, business development, or a similar role.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving partner success.
- Familiarity with HR solutions and SaaS platforms is a plus.
