RLR is delighted to be working with our client to hire an experienced individual to take on this role and continue their career with this position at this luxury residential development.Role: Facilities ManagerHours: 37.5 Hours – Monday to FridayLocation: South West LondonSalary: £50,000 per annumWhat are the main duties of the role?
  • Take responsibility for the effective and efficient management of onsite maintenance
  • Lead the onsite maintenance team
  • Oversee PPMs – completing and recording on relevant systems
  • Oversee risk assessments such as FRA, GRA and LRA
  • Oversee the in-house maintenance actions including painting, decorating and other tasks
  • A key team member in managing major contracts such as M&E and Lift’s, including team
  • members that area based on site as part of these contracts
  • Take ownership for in apartment maintenance routines ensuring they are completed efficiently
  • and with the customer experience in mind
  • Oversee the waste management
What will you bring to the role?
  • Relevant experience in a similar level is required
  • IT literate with experience of using CRM / CAFM systems to monitor, track and update reported issues essential
  • Strong M&E knowledge and be comfortable applying this in a new build environment
  • Well-organised and must have strong Administration skills
  • A hands on approach whilst being a team player overall
