- Analyzing & identifying trends in aging, DSO, bad debts and provide an executive summary to management, and preparing monthly/quarterly reporting for internal partners (including collecting needed input)
- Preparing DSO budgets/forecasts together with the Customer Finance Leader, ensure it is accurately reflected in the system, and analyze actuals vs budget/forecast.
- Preparing the closing by performing the required tasks are performed correctly and on time. This may include factoring, bad debt postings, Fx revaluations and interface monitoring.
- Facilitating calls with internal partners when requested and co-operating closely with the Collections team in the Wroclaw Shared Service Center to guarantee customer focus and meet Customer Finance targets.
- Preparing and reviewing monthly reconciliations of accounts and ensuring that the prescribed related cycle internal & SOX controls are executed (collaboration with an internal and external audit when required)
- Minimum Bachelor degree or higher in Accounting, Administration, or Language.

- Excellent communication skills (needs to be able to discuss with higher management)
